Refund Policy – Terms and Agreement
Our goal is to provide exceptional service to all our clients, and we strive for transparency in our policies. Please note the following terms regarding refunds for purchased services:

Refund Requests:

Refunds can be requested if a client decides to cancel their service after completing a purchase.

A $20 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover administrative costs.

Non-Refundable Services:

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been initiated or delivered. Examples include, but are not limited to, resume drafting, application submissions, or consultations that have been scheduled or completed.
Acknowledgment of Policy:

By purchasing any of our services, clients acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.
